Hi, I’m Jackelyn — an entrepreneur who built everything I have in real estate right here in Toledo Ohio. I never invested anywhere else, and I never needed to. Toledo is where I learned the business, built my portfolio, and proved how much opportunity is sitting in this market when you’re willing to do the work. My real estate journey started in 2018 with one four-plex. My husband and I bought it with big hopes and no roadmap. We figured things out the hard way: managing tenants ourselves, learning financing by trial and error, running numbers at midnight, and showing up on job sites before and after my full-time corporate job in insurance. Those early years shaped me. They taught me grit, discipline, and how to turn a problem property into an asset. Fast forward to today — I lead LPG, a fully integrated real estate company that grew from our kitchen table into a team of 45+ people. We handle it all: acquisitions, remodeling, property management, and brokerage. We manage over 500 units, flip 200+ houses a year for out-of-state investors, and run enough active projects that we’ve already outgrown three office spaces. I’ve personally acquired over 150 rentals using every strategy you can think of: BRRRR, long-term holds, forced appreciation, seller financing, and creative structures that make deals actually work. Every property taught me something, and I’ve carried those lessons into the systems we use at LPG today. These days, my personal focus is flipping and elevating neighborhoods — taking houses that have been overlooked for years and giving families something they can be proud to come home to. I’m a Bowling Green State University alum with a background in Marketing, which I leaned on heavily as we scaled: building brands, tightening processes, and creating a company that people trust with their portfolios. I come from a corporate background, having spent nine years building a successful career in insurance. I scaled my portfolio while balancing a full-time job, and I truly understand the hustle it takes to build wealth in this business. My husband is the broker of LPG, and together, we’ve built a vertically integrated company that delivers value at every stage of the real estate cycle — from acquisition to rehab to property management and disposition. I hold a Business degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, and I leverage that background to drive strategic growth, build strong brands, and implement scalable systems in our businesses.
