I started with a $100 investment at age 19 and became a nutrition coach. Based on what I learned in Robert Kiyosaki's book "The Business School" I built the business system to now currently over $1 million/mo. in sales. I'm taking the excess cash that my business is producing and following Kiyosaki's advice and buying cash flowing real estate. My passion to teach other young, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurs how to develop their own passive income businesses and personally and professionally develop into leaders that can truly make an impact in their communities. I have two boys ages 6 & 8. My wife Kara of 12 years helps run the business and the family. : ) I love all things passive income, love to travel, sports, and love the challenge of growing a business.
