My wife and I bought our first house last year, a fixer-upper, with the intention of renting it when we mover to the next house. I love every minute of renovating it and planning our future. I'm move excited about getting out from behind my desk and jumping back into the project at hand. I've finally realized I'm working only to fund my hobby, when my hobby can secure our financial future. So I've decided to start by getting my real estate license and get my feet wet part time as a real estate agent.
