I am currently seeking buy and hold investment opportunities with a focus on out-of-state, cash-flowing SFH properties and/or MFH syndications. Memphis, Indianapolis, Detroit, Atlanta, Cleveland, Jacksonville, Kansas city are the cities that I have most interest in.
