Hi! I am an Investor based in Grand Rapids, Michigan working on growing generational wealth and lifetime cash-flow. I had been a stay-at-home mom of 3 for 10 years when I started my rental property business, Red Trillium Properties in 2016. I chose REI to create cashflow for my family and to have the freedom to work on my own schedule. REI enabled me to start a second business in 2022 selling my artwork which I have wanted to do my whole life! (Jacqueline Coombs Art) I will always be grateful that REI bought me back my TIME!!! In 2024 I am getting back into actively flipping houses and also looking for a small apartment deal to BRRRR in west Michigan. I value honesty, integrity, positivity and win-win solutions! Experience: My RE experience includes investing as LP in Apartment Syndications, buying on and off-market properties, renovating rental property, managing renovation projects (including full gut jobs!), flipping SF homes, property management and buying vacation property. I have an extensive background in psychology and self-improvement which has helped me develop excellent communication skills. I read extensively, listen to podcasts, take RE investment-related courses, attend REIA meetings and consistently study markets of interest. I have ownership interest in 535 Apartment Units, 2 SFRs and a plot of recreational land. Real Estate Goals: I am a value-add buy-and-hold investor focused on building cashflow and generational wealth. I buy in C-B areas in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. In 2024 I am flipping houses and looking to do a small apartment BRRRR deal. I am also interested in international REI, including vacation rentals and eco-friendly land development. My future goals include fully-funding my early retirement in a tropical paradise and traveling the World! Currently Seeking: I am always seeking to increase my knowledge of RE, grow my RE portfolio, network and find off-market deals. I am open to the right Joint Venture.
