My husband, Eric, and I have both lived in Louisville all of our lives. Currently we have 8 rentals, all here. Looking to branch out a bit with our next one. Our biggest passion is mountain biking. If it's warm, you'll find us on bikes somewhere. Traveling to a downhill park, camping. We love the outdoors. And real estate is helping us love it better.
