Originally from the Chicago's southwest side of Chicago and burbs. Since 2011, I have been married to my adorable wife Heather and at the same time bought our first renovation (BRR) property. Since 2016 we welcomed our full of life, little girl, Summer; all of us now are living on the Northwest side of Chicago in The Irving Park neighborhood. By day, I work with Contractors, consulting them on their latest projects at the Home Depot. All while, running my own renovation projects and also brokering commercial real estate opportunities for investors and stakeholders as a advisor/broker; discovering possibilities and bringing value to my clients, tenants, and community. Lego's have been one of my favorite creative outlets, building upon my love to create, I found real estate a natural transition. I'm a hands on person and learn best by doing. Since high school I've worked my way up as painters apprentice; scrapping and cutting-in, to renovating kitchens and baths for my family's and investor properties.
