About myself
48 year old former Marine. Married to my partner Michelle. We have been investing about 7 years and excited about the opportunities here in Charlotte, NC. We are no where near where we should be and need to turn that around. We have completed 2 new builds, 5 flips, 6 rentals, 2 retail property(land only) flip, and 1 wholesale deal(8 townhomes), some IRA loans, and can't wait to get more going.
