Jack and his partner established 52TEN to provide investors access to mobile home parks that offer recession resilience, stable cash flow, capital appreciation, and tax efficiency. They are proud of way they've create a comfortable environment through proactive reporting, transparency, and timely distributions. Outside real estate, Jack dedicates his time to his family, the outdoors, and teaching personal development. He lives in Arizona with his wife and seven children.
