Hey everyone — my name’s Jack Nolan, and I’m a finance major at the University of Kentucky with a deep passion for real estate investing. I’m based in Lexington, KY, where I’m currently focusing on learning the ins and outs of fix-and-flip projects, creative financing (especially seller financing), and long-term wealth building through real estate. I’m channeling my entrepreneurial drive into real estate with the goal of building experience, connections, and capital while contributing value to other investors in my market. I’m currently working on a potential flip opportunity in Lexington and am always looking to network with local investors, contractors, lenders, and mentors who believe in collaboration and creative deal-making.
