My wife and I are new to REI. We've been aggressively paying down all of our student debt and would like to take on REI with our soon to be "extra" income. We're interested in out of state (Columbus, OH), multi-family properties with a focus on maximizing cash flow. We have not decided if taking on rehab is a possibility with our first investment out of state. Looking to build our network and start on the path to FI through REI.
