Jack is a full-time Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. He currently has a growing portfolio total of ~600 units with asset class from SFH, duplex, triplex, multifamily, carwash, and mobile home parks in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, Greensboro, Fayetteville, and Greenville, NC. He buys value-add properties in markets that have strong growth by using machine learning analytics. He is also a licensed real estate agent and also the co-founder of Mission X Escape Room in Durham (www.missionxescape.com) and a restaurant franchisee of Wayback Burger Durham. Besides real estate and entrepreneurship. Jack's background in data science helps him to use his skills to identify properties that fit the business model to purchase. He started investing in real estate by accident while pursuing his graduate degree.
