Jacob Brenyo

Jacob is the short-term rental broker and property manager every investor needs in Central Florida. He specializes in the Kissimmee, Davenport, and greater Orlando markets. Before starting Let's Invest Realty and Property Management, Jacob helped 100s of Florida investors achieve their goals through single-family property management and sales. He's managed as many as 200 concurrent properties and has an extensive network of contractors and vendors that he can quickly reference for work and pricing. At Let's Invest, Jacob helps investors purchase and manage single-family homes for short-term rental (AirBnB). He has a reputation as a diligent client advocate with a talent for getting investors a better deal. Jacob was born and raised in Central Florida. He's an avid golfer (multiple times a week) and enjoys all things outdoors.
