I have been in the Property Management business since May 2016, own two duplexes, and am a licensed Realtor for Oklahoma. Being a property manager, I am blessed enough to have great access to many vendors, have learned integral parts of managing Real Estate, and the general day to day boots on the ground feeling of owning real estate. I am actively looking to connect with investor and other Real Estate professionals as we can all help each other to grow. I am currently the Assistant Community Director for an apartment community of 466 homes in Tempe, AZ. I have extensive knowledge on legal fees, legal notices, accounts receivable and payable, evictions process in AZ, Resident retention and acquisition, and am connected to a strong vendor network that is great for repairs and the turn process to help reduce costs between renters. Real Estate Goals: I am just starting out on my REI experience and am excited to use real estate to grow wealth and free up more time for my family. I hope to manage and own SFR and MFR of 2-4 units. Eventually I want to transition to apartment communities but that will be much later in life. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking to build my network of Real estate investors and to learn the practices on how to go forward with obtaining the right deal as I save up for my first purchase of a MFR or SFR to rent.
