About myself
I work in business development for Centerra Capital in Modesto, CA. We operate a premier real estate investment management business and a real estate opportunity fund. We are always interested in looking at investment opportunity in the Central Valley area whether it's debt placement or an equity partnership. I'm also an investor and real estate agent myself. My goals are to accumulate $10,000 in monthly passive income. I'm interested in multi-family properties in Grand Rapids, MI, Boise, ID and the areas surrounding Modesto, CA.
