I am new to real estate investing having just purchased my first 3 family property in November of 2018. I am currently house hacking the property until I find my next deal. I am primarily interested in buy and hold multi family properties and will likely house hack my next property as well. My long term goals are to build enough passive income to become financially independent and start my own farm.
