Hi 👋 I’m Jacob!! Bio: I’m a seasoned real estate investor with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Currently we specialize in developing land and building both multi-family long-term and short-term rentals. We have a proven track record of success in real estate investing. I am known for innovative strategies and ability to identify profitable opportunities in the market. Investment Strategy: Our strategy is buy, develop, and hold for generational wealth. We consistently implement the BRRR strategy to recycle ♻️ our initial investments and repeat 🔂 building the next project. We believe in investing in assets that will appreciate over time and provide a steady stream of income for years to come. My focus is on both long-term and short-term rentals, as I sees the potential for high returns in both areas. Portfolio: Currently has a portfolio of multi-family properties and land developments across Florida and Georgia. I recently completed two commercial multi-family buildings with our buy, develop, and hold strategy. I am also developing a 44-unit apartment complex in Titusville, Florida, which we expect to yield strong returns. Business Opportunities: Jacob is always open to new business opportunities and partnerships as he looks to scale his portfolio of both long-term and short-term rentals. Future Goals: Our ultimate goal is to build a portfolio of income-producing assets that will provide long-term financial stability for his family and future generations.
