I am 28 years old and aspiring to invest into real estate full time. I bought my first property in 2014 for $68,000 on a FHA Loan. My goal was to live in the property for at least a year, then become a landlord. With monthly payments of $618 per month I was able to accomplish that goal when I rented the property for $950 per month in September 2015. The cash flow is great, being able to realize how I turned potentially bad debt into good debt. I found bigger pockets during that process and researching the "How to Rent Your House" guide. With that help I was able to successfully find a tenant in only one month. Really great feeling. Since that time I have been researching everything about REI. What I have found to be particularly interesting is wholesaling and house flipping (rehab). My focus is to be come very savvy putting to action the wholesale process. Sell great deals and if I come across a home run that only makes sense to rehab I will do that.
