Jacob Hamilton

I'm a real estate developer and contractor located in Alexandria Virginia but invest in markets all throughout, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida and South Carolina. My primary focus is single family spec homes, complicated fix and flip projects like additions, and growing my small multifamily buy and hold portfolio. I have experience in many facets of investing, from multifamily syndications, subject to, seller financing, mezzanine financing and more. I started my career as a real estate agent right when I got out of high school in 2017, since then I've successfully brokered over 270 transactions; a majority of which were to investors in the Northern Virginia area. I started investing in rental properties first when I was 20 years old and then started doing fix and flip investments around the same time. The past year I've been focused on growing my general contacting business, complex fix and flip projects, as well as growing my rental portfolio.
