Hello! My name is Jacob but I go by Jake and I have been a BiggerPockets fan for a few years. Always listened yet never made the jump into real estate. The closest I got was working for my dad as a loan officer assistant in 2017 but knew that side of real estate was not my passion, and decided to go my own path. I knew based on podcasts and from other sources that I wanted to become a full-time investor but had no idea where to start. I decided to jump into wholesaling to learn from those who flip homes regularly as well as buy rental properties. I am located in Dallas, TX and found the best company to work for.
