Hey guys! I am a Registered Dietitian currently living and working in Washington DC. I am from Asheville, NC and went to school at both Appalachian State University and Western Carolina University in the Western North Carolina mountains. Most of my investing interests are in Western North Carolina where my partner is boots on the ground, but will consider deals all across the US. Currently, my business partner and I are looking for capital partners to work with us passively. We will work as the operators on the deal (my partner is our Construction Manager) and you, the private investor, will collect passive income monthly. We are interested in and pursue primarily BRRRR deals with value-add possibilities.
