Jacob Reilly

I am a buy and hold investor in Northeastern Connecticut where I own 5 residential multifamily buildings totaling 15 rental units. I am also one of the founding members of a meet-up group that meets monthly in Manchester, CT. I had previously taught health and PE but left at the end of the 2019 school year to travel the world with my partner, which was possible because of the investments I have made in real estate. I consider myself a lifestyle investor, and living modestly has allowed me to experience many amazing opportunities abroad. I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves being active and exploring and experiences other cultures and experiences. I have utilized a 203k house hack, seller financing, lease options, and private financing while BRRRRing properties to build my portfolio. When we return, I intend to continue building my portfolio by purchasing more, and larger, multifamily properties.
