Jacob Stokes

My name is Jacob and my wife's name is Seahairra we are BRRRR investors in small town middle America. I am a Rail Roader during the day and my wife is a stay at home mom.. We are focused on single family rentals and building our "passive" income to $5,000 a month. We currently have 2 underway. Also very interested in the self storage market, so hoping to get good information and contacts for that. We do most of our own work, and are excited to be apart of the community here to learn and grow.
