I am a 23 year old investor. I am originally from Arizona but came out Midwest because of my wife. I invest in the KC market right now. I have experience in sales and have knocked door to door for a host of reasons. So I’m always open to speaking directly with sellers by knocking on their door if you want to do that together 👍. I am looking to work with others and help others in the form of time and lending expertise (I am licensed as a loan officer and worked in hard money lending helping individuals with over 30 flips here in KC). I closed on my first home in late 2021 that I plan to sell as a live in flip or rent out depending on the market when I move out. I have flipped another property in mid 2022.
