Jacob Workman

Jacob Workman, man of God, and married to the best woman in the world. Currently we live in East Tennessee. Our area is up and coming with a robust manufacturing economy, with several industries headquartered in our area. We have been in real estate off an on throughout the years. We have had rental properties, land flipping, and spec home building. We currently own two laundromats in East Tennessee. As of current, the only real estate we own is our home. Our goals are to resume spec home building as a solution to our short term cash on hand goals. This will allow my home building business to build us multi family homes up to 4 units. So to make a long story short, our main goal is to build SFH to sale and provide operating capital, while building MFH to hold.
