I enjoy playing tennis and discussing real estate. I come from a big family and have basically used the internet to teach myself about investments. I am actually new to REIing, but I have been investing in other things including my education. I am learning about computers and business administration the traditional way, through college. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Experience: I do not really have any experience in real estate. I am here to soak up knowledge and meet local real estate investors. I do read a lot of investment books, but real estate investing will be a first for me. Real Estate Goals: I have many goals I will put some in a list. 1) Find a move in ready multifamily house in West Michigan (or something that requires minimal work to add to the potential profits) 2) Find a lender to loan me downpayments both currently and in the future. If that's you please reach out I have some numbers to go offer. 3.) Get at least 12% Cash on Cash ROI (CoCROI) on all properties. 4.) Have enough cash flow from rentals to pay for the rest of my fiancee's schooling, and keep money in to invest in more real estate. 5.) Reach a multimillion dollar income. 6) Automate, and systemize each step for quick efficient decision making. 7) own real estate internationally. Currently Seeking: 1) Currently I am interested in non-furnished move in ready multifamily homes located in the West MI area. 2) Lender to loan money for a down payment 3) Multifamily homes in West MI with cosmetic issues such as: old paint inside or out, cabinets, etc. If the price is right I may be interested in it even if there is a bit more work, but I am probably not. 4) A local successful mentor. 5) Other newbies to share the journey with. 6)People to chat real estate with in general.
