I am invested in several syndicated deals. I am trying to invest in diversified markets and property types with different sponsors. I am also invested in an Opportunity Fund in Texas (new town homes). I have about 40 years of experience working in the construction industry on projects ranging from high-rise construction, to laboratory equipment installations, to hospital remodels. I have also remodeled a few houses. I love projects!
