I started investing 12 years ago, but when a death in the family occurred, I lost motivation. I'm back now in a stronger financial position and ready to get back in the game. Real estate investing is exciting to me! Experience: I have held and sold 2 rental properties, done 2 contract assignments, and also bought and sold 2 personal residences. I have done these deals in rural and urban areas. Real Estate Goals: 1. Rehab a property in 2017 2. Pay off all personal debt 2019 3. Buy my own town home or small apartment (whichever is affordable in my area) 2020 Currently Seeking: I would like advice from someone who invests in tax sales or small multi-unit apartments in either Jackson, TN or the Washington, DC area.
