I’m a Realtor located in Minneapolis/St. Paul area and invest in Multi-Family Real Estate. I love helping people invest in their first or 30th property and particularly enjoy helping first time investors house hack. I started my career in Leasing and Property Management helping investors both large and small lease and manage their properties. With that experience I was able to understand the rental market extremely well. I now most recently have enjoyed helping investors buy and sell property. Knowing the rental market and the values including price/unit has been extremely beneficial to those I have worked with. I currently am a partner in an 18-unit apartment, own a single family in Shoreview, and a duplex in Plymouth. In addition I help manage an additional 100 units including duplexes and mid-size apartment buildings (up to 24 Units) in the St. Cloud and surrounding area. My goals include looking for more Multi-Family investments both actively and passively as well as exploring the realm of Commerical Investments.
