I am in the Insurance based Financial Planning world where I was originally exposed to Real Estate investing. I am interested in Flipping local properties and using any gains from that to purchase buy and hold properties. Real Estate Goals: Flip 1 Home in 2018 Purchase 3 Turnkey properties over the next year.
