I am an enthusiastic, ambitious, motivated learner. I work full-time as a structural engineer. I just made my first real estate deal with positive cash flow. I'm working toward financial freedom. I love spending time with my wife and kid. I spend my time working in the yard, hunting, fishing, and remodeling houses. I grew up in rural Utah doing farming and construction.
