I believe real estate is the single greatest vehicle to build generational wealth that is available to the common American. I also believe that at this point in history, because of technology, our ability to learn and collaborate with others in real estate has never been easier. Realizing this, I quickly developed a passion for helping others learn about the asset class and position themselves to build generational wealth and freedom. By education, I used to be a Mechanical Engineer for the largest aerospace company in the world. I quickly realized the benefits of creating asset-based income and my entrepreneurial spirit drove me to leave the corporate world after 4 years. I decided to use real estate as the primary investment vehicle to achieve financial independence. My 2024 Goals: Flipping Company - I co-own a flipping company in Jacksonville FL. We currently do 15-20 flips per year. I plan to keep that at it's current scale. Airbnbs - I own 2 Airbnbs in San Diego CA. I plan to acquire a new one in San Diego by the end of the year. BookkeepingRE - I own a bookkeeping practice for Real Estate Professionals. Given the high demand for bookkeeping services in the real estate industry, scaling this company will be my main focus in 2024.
