Hi Bigger Pockets! My name is Jake and I'm an investor living just south of Seattle in Kent, WA. I've been into the idea of Real Estate for a long time and made a killing on my first two personal homes, then I stumbled across Bigger Pockets and it changed my life! Just 8 months later, I'm at 16 doors and scaling as fast as possible!I was fortunate to get a couple of my best friends into the game too and together we're partnering on projects of all types in our respective markets. My portfolio consists of single and multi family long term rentals, as well as out of state short term rentals and I'm working to grow into the commercial space as well. I love to partner with other investors and bring cash, experience, construction knowledge, analytical skills and an insatiable hunger to succeed the table! I'm currently looking to add short term rentals, and multi family, but have interest in other areas and am always open to other niches if the numbers work.
