Jake Charles

I am the owner of Jacob Charles Builder LLC, living in Mid-coast Maine area. My wife and I started out by "house hacking"and "BRRRR-ing" a duplex in a small college town. I am looking to draw on my vast carpentry knowledge, strong work ethic, and large network of "like minded" professionals, to build a sizable REI portfolio. Also would love to network with investors in the Mid-coast Maine area.
