About myself
I've been in construction for most of my life in beautiful northern California. I enjoy reading, teaching and practicing karate and yoga, as well as socializing. And I'm looking to build wealth. Real Wealth. The kind that lets me make a positive difference in the world. Experience: Lots of construction experience. Tile, granite countertops, natural stone, brick, concrete. So I'm good at estimating repair costs and understanding the scope of rehab projects. Real Estate Goals: Be as helpful as possible to my clients; both buyers and sellers. Currently Seeking: Deals and Buyers
