Hello BP! In the scope of RE I am a new investor and I live in Houston, TX. I currently work as a PI and locate various assets and do quite a bit of skiptracing in my day to day job. Naturally, I have been drawn to RE and have been studying different RE investments for the last couple of years while I let my credit and capital build-up. Since starting out in August of 2019 we have purchased few flips and a couple buy and holds. When I intially started my goal was to start wholesaling properties, turned out to not be quite as simple as the gurus make it out to be and I quickly fell into just buying my own deals. I am headed towards SMF to start on more serious buy and holds as a stepping stone to get into larger MF properties and continue to scale from there. I look forward to what life has in store and working towards my goals with Real Estate and ultimately working to get to where I can just do REI full time.
