Jake Ferguson

Hi there! My name is Jake Ferguson, I'm an avid real estate enthusiast but spend my days enlisted as a Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in the U.S. Navy stationed in the Panama City Beach area. I've been lucky enough to have multiple mentors in my life, and I credit them with giving me the tools and techniques that I have used to accumulate my current portfolio. Under my company, Edge Real Estate Holdings, LLC, we own and operate 9 doors across 7 homes in Michigan, Virginia, and Florida. My wife and I own a mix of single family detached, townhomes, manufactured, and multi-family homes. We have tried the fix and flip, and the live-in rehab, and have settled on the multi-family niche as where we want to stay. I love to talk to everyone about real estate. I think everyone can learn something from anyone, large or small, and I'm always looking to bend someone's ear about the real estate game! I'm enjoy getting on BP and learning who's out there, hearing all of your success stories, and educating myself so that I may one day be set up to where I can have 50 units (maybe more by that time) and fund my retirement!
