My name is Jake and I'm from the great state of Indiana. I work full-time as an accountant for a large industrial development company and own/operate my investment/management company on the side. The reason why I'm here is because I LOVE REAL ESTATE!!!! My primary focus these days is acquiring small to mid-size multi unit properties and hopefully here soon will step into the STR market down in Florida.
