I'm a husband, father, and a full time fireman. I began investing in real estate in 2019 and currently have 4 rental properties. I'll always give an investment opportunity a look, but what gets me excited is small multifamily investment properties. My wife and I started with a single family home, then bought a duplex which we live in, rehabbed a second duplex, and lastly bought a 4 plex in November of 2022. Still Looking!
