I am a Professional real estate investor. My wifa and I run Purple House Properties. We started with Fixing and flipping and now we are into buy and hold rentals, Hard Money lending and invest in Multi-family housing with syndicators. We have experience with owner financing, mortgage wraps , note investing and trusts. We have invested in over 20 properties in the last 10 years.
