Jake Thompson. Huntington-Barboursville-Ashland-South Point OH|KY|WV I have a full time job currently, but have high hopes of one day becoming self financially-sustaining through real estate. My goal is financial freedom. I am interested in the investing, BRRR, and buying and flipping aspects of the industry. I primarily am DIY, with the exception of some specialty skill sets needed in home repair. I feel that with direction and mentorship, I can accomplish anything. I know success can be on the horizon for myself with the right team around me. I feel that I am a financially sound and practical individual, I just need the experience and mentorship I am searching for. I hope to hear from like minded individuals and people who share the same goals as I do! Goals within Real Estate: - Have cashflow of 3 units within the next 2 years. (SFH, Duplex, etc.) - Dive into commercial real estate within my AO. - Be able to cover my monthly expenses via cashflow, monthly within the next 2 years. - Network and build relationships with PMLs, Attorneys, bankers, CPAs, etc. - JV opportunities
