I’m an investor located in Central Oregon. My wife and I have a strong desire to create passive income through real estate. We currently have a duplex and just sold a commercial business property as well. We are interested in small and large multi family. Very interested in learning more about large commercial deals. We plan to keep investing in Oregon but are also looking into long distance as well.
