Rental Property Investor
Newbie out of state real estate investor. Interested in buy-and-hold, BRRRR, and fix-and-flip. Experience: Got my first buy-and-hold property in March 2021. Currently doing a fix-and-flip (March). Looking to do a BRRRR after my flip. Real Estate Goals: Build up my portfolio and invest out of state full-time. Currently Seeking: Hoping to learn from other investors on how they built their success. Looking to build my team and network in the DFW (Texas) and Memphis (Tennessee) area: Hard Money / Private Lenders, General Contractors, Real Estate CPA/Accountant, and etc.
