I’m Jake Wheeler, founder of JJW 21 Solutions and creator of RV PARK I.Q. I focus on RV parks, campgrounds, and outdoor hospitality, with an emphasis on acquisition underwriting, seller financing, DSCR, value-add planning, and creative deal structures.
