Hello fellow investors, Gurus and everyone else. A little background on myself I started out as a carpenter back when working hard was cool. Fast forward 30yrs and countless projects I’ve been a successful GC for 15 yrs. But even through all of that my true passion has always been too own real estate. It’s the place I’ve always felt I would get the greatest reward for my skills and knowledge. I’ve invested here and there for years but really ramped it up in the last 5 yrs. Currently I have own 4 investment properties 2 residential and 2 commercial properties. All told I’ve built up $450k of equity out of a $260k investment for all 4. My value add potential if I finish them out will be around 1.6 mil worth of Realestate. This I plan to use as the catalyst too build my Realestate empire.
