Since I joined BP in 2018, I acquired my first property 3 months later a 4 unit building and my next property 7 months later a townhome. 2019 Purchased a Duplex and purchasing a medical office building. My goal is to have all of my monthly expenses paid by my REI income in 5 years & to have at least 50 doors in 5 years. Three year Plan: 2018 Buy something anything(Purchased 5 doors) 2019 Purchase 8 doors with one out of state purchase 2020 Purchase one 10+ Unit apartment building & one commercial office building
