I am an operations engineering working full time at ITC. Myself and 4 others have started an investment group to invest in Detroit and greater Detroit real estate. Our focus is on single family buy and holds and fix and flips. Our end goal is multifamily and commercial real estate investing. I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. My hobbies are learning (real estate, self improvement, financial independence, multiple languages, science, history, and politics), working out, martial arts, anime and comics. Real Estate Goals: My long term goal is to proficient in wholesaling, fixing and flipping single family homes, renting out single family residential homes and multifamily properties.
