As of late 2018 our (wife son, and I) main goal is to be completely debt free and then start buying real estate to earn passive income. I'm a believer in simplicity so buy and hold is the game we'll be playing; however, to live simply is only a guideline so always open to listening and hearing new ways of investing and working with others in real estate and other forms of investing.
