When I'm not working on growing my real estate business I still work full-time as a supply chain manager. I live and work in Southern New Jersey and invest in Wilmington, Delaware. Experience: First purchase was a VA Foreclosure purchased as a primary residence through the much missed Vendee financing program. A fantastic learning experience for real estate. Then came the second project which my contract coined "Albatross" was a total disaster. But I guess that happens to many of us. Right now I'm building my buy and hold portfolio. I originally had a good friend who was being a private lender and we have since decided to join forces and work together. We're using private lenders which allow us to buy and hold, or flip houses if the opportunity warrants it. As we continue to build our portfolio and experience we will also look to start investing in other markets and potentially become more vertically integrated We have big plans for where this could take us and I don't want to spoil all of the surprise just yet.
