never done a deal. been reading everything I can get my hands on. found a house in good shape which was bought at auction for $14k, is now selling for "$24.9 cash only", appraises for $71. Very very hot fast moving market just 2 miles from Ft Campbell army base. Rents for this house are recorded at $600 low and $900 high. Desparate to get this house as it has been on the market 2 weeks already and could be scooped any min. Want to flip it- even at $50k would be a hot item to buy for soldier with family or someone who wants to rent to soldiers with family. I have a experion score of 664. i do not want to see this deal go to anyone else.
